Key tasks
Job Description:
• Conducts regular Morning Briefing for Operation
• Execute the PPM Schedule on daily basis
• Check the BMS Operation
• To check the Daily QMS Report
• Daily inspection of Guest Public area
• Daily inspection of Plant Room Operation
• Daily inspection of All Water tanks
• Daily Inspection of All Pump Rooms
• Daily follow-up of Guest Room PPM
• Daily follow-up of Public Area PPM
• To Ensure all the Water parameters have been achieved in Cold Water, Hot Water, Pool, & Jaccuzzi
• To ensure all the Plant Operation reading within the limit
• To maintain the Daily Log Book
• To maintain the Break Down report for the Equipment
