AFC has a range of operational Information Technology (IT) Infrastructures at Head Office, projects offices and sites, which enable Users across the company to benefit from Office Application Software, Email and various Business Systems operating on a variety of technology platforms. Our IT Department will be responsible for technical governance throughout the organization, and will define the specifications for all I.T. Hardware, Infrastructure and software technology.

We are currently recruiting for ERP Project Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of multiple projects throughout their lifecycles. Project Manager provide leadership to cross functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs to time, budget and project quality criteria. Job holder also ensures adherence to project management methodology practices, provides project manager mentoring, performs Project Reviews and reinforces the enterprise knowledge management through the communication of lessons learned and best practices development.

Primary Responsibilities

Opportunity Management

- Assist in developing Project Scope, Project Plan, Project Budget, design delivery model and coordinate staffing requirements
- Understand the multiple delivery models for projects, programs, portfolios and engagements
- Review project plans with the team to ensure that all team members understand the assigned tasks and associated deliverable dates.
- Coordinate with Internal & External Stakeholder involved in the process Delivery
- Manage multiple Projects or program.
- Ensure project success (budgets, schedule, quality and business value)
- Facilitate the prioritization of project requirements with business stakeholders.
- Assist in understanding the financial position, understand actual performance, accurately update forecasts to complete.
- Assist in Resource Management process, creating and tracking resource requests
- Procurement management – track vendors and subcontractors
- Review project plans with the team to ensure that all team members understand the assigned tasks and associated deliverable dates.

REQUIREMENTS

- Our ideal candidate is likely to have 10+ years of experience as team-lead or project manager of small to medium size project and 5+ years of experience as Project Manager for Tier 1 ERP Projects (SAP or Oracle) with experience of managing ERP software development projects, implementation projects.
- Candidate must have minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. MBA or PMI an added advantage.
