Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Awal (KBZA) School is seeking a highly motivated and skilled ERP System Analyst (Outsourced) to join our team in January 2026. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a pilot public school in Abu Dhabi with a mission to build belief in a distinctive Emirati model of education, rooted in national values, practices, and knowledge while aligned with the UAE public school curriculum.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Certification in Agile Project Management or Business Analysis preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ERP coordination, business systems analysis, or project management, ideally within education or public sector environments.
• Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into functional system specifications.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflows, and data integration concepts.
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
• Organizational skills.
• Change management skills.

• Emotional intelligence.
