JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Scrutiny of tender documents.
• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules
• Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers
• Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations
• Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product
• Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies.
• Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.
• Delegating Draftsmen for quantity take offs, cross checking quantities.
• Assisting in compiling of tenders.
• Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific
• Maintaining relevant files and documentation as per ISO requirements (as applicable).
• Participate in all other quality activities as required by the MR
Requirements:
• Graduate - BE - Electrical• Minimum experience 5 years
• Good understanding on BOQ
• Good in Cost Estimation
• Accuracy in Data
• Time Management
• Very good Technical Knowledge
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
