JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team in the Interior Fit Out industry in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of interior fit-out projects, ensuring that our clients receive competitive and well-informed pricing. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to produce accurate and timely estimates.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate pricing.
- Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to provide competitive and cost-effective estimates.
- Prepare and submit detailed and well-organized estimates for client review and approval.
- Monitor and track project costs and provide ongoing support to project teams as needed.
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuously improve estimating processes and procedures.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the interior fit-out industry, with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools, with the ability to produce accurate and detailed estimates.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with project teams and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in the UAE is a plus.
