JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

AED15000 Per Month Total Package ( Non negotiable)
On behalf of our client a Western managed private aviation firm based at DAFZA, we are looking to recruit a European PA/Marketing Support
Reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of internal and external documents and reports, occasional event planning, minute taking, planning meetings for senior members of staff, organizing diaries, compile text for direct marketing campaigns, liaise with suppliers, compile generic business presentations and collect information for press releases.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must reside in the UAE and have a minimum of 5 years experience both as a PA and Marketing support Assistant, fluency in English is essential and a secondary language would be advantageous. You must have strong communication skills, the ability to work under time constraints and be a good team player.
