About the Client:
Leading hospitality company with catering, restaurant, and cloud kitchen operations in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
• Work with the event manager and staff to book events
• Outline all event needs, such as event setup, necessary transportation accommodations, venue location, lodging for guests, vendors, food and drink menus, and audio-visual needs
• Create a budget and keep track of invoices and receipts for each hotel event
• Schedule and facilitate vendor activity in event space
• Provide excellent customer service during the event, ensuring the schedule is followed
REQUIREMENTS
Position Title: Event Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 5.2K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Male, 23 years old and above
• At least 1 year experience in the same role
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
