JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Event Operations: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of team building sessions and events, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Confidently speak on the mic to introduce segments and address attendees, ensuring a seamless flow.
- Stakeholder and Vendor Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, trainers, and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality event delivery.
- Program Oversight: Take charge of event timelines and on-the-day execution, adapting as needed to keep the event running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the training industry, with in-depth knowledge of training concepts, event logistics, and industry standards.- Exceptional Communication Skills: Highly articulate in polished, fluent English, with an approachable and professional demeanor.
- Operational Mindset: Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple moving parts and operational requirements.
- Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience: Proven experience in the training and event management industry.
- Public Speaking Proficiency: Confident and engaging on the mic, with the ability to connect with and inspire large audiences.
Salary:
AED
20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
