• Develop and execute event marketing strategies to increase awareness, generate leads, and drive attendance for events.
• Manage the marketing campaigns for each event, including email marketing, social media, and PR.
• Develop event branding and collateral materials, including signage, brochures, and other assets.
• Build effective marketing plans to support all facets of the event – delegate campaigns, sponsorship marketing campaigns etc.
• Conducting proper analysis of campaigns to ensure targets for revenue and lead generation are met.
• Create the marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans, to deliver key marketing and business objectives for the area and support the team in developing strategic data-driven marketing plans with clear KPIs and marketing goals.
• Managing the CRM system to build qualified segments
• Develop and maintain event-specific websites, landing pages, and registration portals, ensuring a user-friendly experience and smooth registration process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including event production, sales, and design, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to leverage additional marketing resources and channels for maximum reach and impact.
• Monitor event marketing budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event marketing.



• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event/Conference Marketing Manager or in a similar role within the events industry.
• In-depth knowledge of event marketing strategies and tactics, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and direct mail.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
