JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client a corporate industrial company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit an Executive Administrator. Reporting to the MD and Senior PA, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the corporate office, drafting letters and documents, analyzing information and initiating telecommunications.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated in Business Administration and have five years corporate level administration experience. Please note we are not looking for PA's or EA's for this role. All candidates must also have experience with Oracle.
