Position Title: Executive & Personal Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based agency specializing in exhibitions, brand activations, interior fit-outs, and MEP services, with award-winning projects delivered across the region.
Job Description:
§ Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, meetings, travel arrangements, reports, and confidential correspondence.
§ Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
§ Manage personal affairs such as errands, household coordination, family travel, and special commitments.
§ Oversee special projects and ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Requirements:
Qualifications:§ Open to Filipinas, 35 and below, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
§ Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership
§ Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with close attention to detail.
§ High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
Salary:
AED
12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
