JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Act as a personal assistant to the CEO of the company
- Managing and coordinating the CEO's agenda and daily schedule
- Handling the e-mail account of the CEO and effectively comunicate on his behalf when instructed.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls and e-mails in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Accurately take and deliver messages.
- Arrange staff flights booking.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information in a discreet manner.
- Perform general administrative duties including typing and preparation of correspondence.
- Accept courier packages; prepare and organize delivery of courier packages.
- Provide support for client events and meetings.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
REQUIREMENTS
- Perfectly fluent in English
- Presentable and professional with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Diploma/Degree in an appropriate and related filed
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant in a professional environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proven attention to detail.
- Presentable and pleasing personality.
- Knowledge in customer service principles and practices
- Currently in UAE.
- Gender: Female.
