JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client we are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant. Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for providing high level executive assistance which will include diary management, taking minutes of meetings, assisting with PowerPoint presentations and deputizing in the Directors absence

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have a minimum of 3 years UAE experience as an Executive Assistant in a demanding and busy environment, be able to work on your own initiative with little supervision, have advanced experience with Excel and Powerpoint and be in receipt of a UAE driving licence and use of your own vehicle

Please note you must be a non smoker and be able to work from 07.30am-4.30pm
