JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client a multinational US management consultancy that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant. Reporting to the MD the main focus will be to provide a high standard of support to the Managing Directors including providing full administrative support, travel arrangements and expenses, complex diary management and when required helping the other Team Assistant.

REQUIREMENTS

The role demands a very igh level of pro-activity, self-motivation and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal English is essential, as are strong organisational and interpersonal skills, excellent initiative and a professional demeanour and advanced Powerpoint and Excel.
