JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Executive Assistant to join one of our prestigious clients in the region. The scope on this role is unlimited and the successful candidate will have strategic insight to the diverse business interests of our client and be the interface between the Principle and different factions within the businesses. This position truly represents an opportunity that will provide tremendous challenge, with real scope for personal development, for those who are career focused individuals.

Due to the nature of the role and subsequent responsibilities, we are seeking candidates who have only worked in the top echelons of management consultancy firms, supporting at a dynamic and pressurised level. Exposure to the fast paced world of consultancy on a global level, will ensure the candidate has the skills required to streamline the workload and act as a prolific gatekeeper to the Principle.

REQUIREMENTS

Complex travel and diary management must have been a major part of your roles to date, coupled with client interface and advanced presentation work. There will be complex stakeholder engagement and full responsibility for AGM, Board, Town Halls and Ex-Comm meetings, drafting, editing and proofreading letters, emails and other documents such as biographies, speeches and promotional material will be part of the remit as well as establishing and maintaining a document management system to ensure ease of access at all times. The EA will also assist with event organisation on an ad hoc basis.

As a prospective candidate, you will be able to demonstrate strong regional knowledge, cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the political landscape of the region. You will be used to managing high profile relationships with government figures and international business leaders and you will be able to act as ambassador for the Principle at all times.

Candidates will be screened thoroughly for this role and only those who meet the specific industry background requirements will be contacted. A strong personality and the ability to adapt and show flexibility is also especially important. From a language perspective, English must be completely fluent and Arabic fluency (spoken and written) would be considered advantageous.
