JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job aim:
• Executive Assistance to CFO and performance finance assistance job within the financial function where required
Key Responsibilities:
• To maintain and update the proper filing system
• Receive all the memos addressed to CFO and forward them to CFO for his review
• Schedule the meetings for CFO and maintain his calendar, send reminders and follow up, prepare Minutes of Meeting where required.
• Log all the incoming invoices from suppliers etc. and forward to the user department for certification and track them with follow-up.
• Assist in collection function and audit file preparation
• Track all the incoming calls, take massages in absence of CFO, connect outgoing calls for CFO
• Prepare official MEMOs letters and communication for the department
• Assist SFE in handover over the signed cheques to the suppliers as per procedures.
• Any other related work which is required by the CFO and other senior staff in finance.
• Any Other finance Dept. work as and when assigned by the supervisors/managers prepare monthly reports as per CFO requirements
• Having excellent knowledge in PowerPoint for management presentations and report
REQUIREMENTS
Requisite Qualifications:
• Diploma / Bachelor of Accounts/Finance or Commerce is preferable
Skill Sets:
• Excellent Computer skills, Excel, Words, PowerPoint.
• Has experience in an ERP environment is an advantage.
• Arabic knowledge is preferable.
