JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

About the client:
A highly respected organization in the perfume industry; based in Sharjah, producing and distributing millions of perfumes to over 80 countries globally.

Job Description:
• Focus on attentively coordinating activities such as events and meetings with senior executives
• Manage and arrange BUM travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
• Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, minutes of the meeting, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
• Research on data to prepare documents for review and presentation by BUM

REQUIREMENTS

Position Title: Executive Assistant
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 8K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus allowance on travel like car, parking, salik, and gas
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

Qualifications:
• 24 to 38 years old
• At least 4 years of EA experience; with at least 2.5 years in UAE is a must
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
• Exceptional organizational & time management skills
• Expert in using Microsoft office tools – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Must have a valid UAE Driving license
