JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Good Communication Skill in English
• Real Estate knowledge background
• Schedule meetings
• Organize the executives calendar (Includes prioritizing and resolving competing appointments)
• Booking travel (can include: flight booking, hotel, rentals, visas, expense reports etc)
• Coordinating office repairs
• Clerical duties
• Coordinate and schedule events, programs, conferences etc
• Answering and screening calls
• Order and maintaining supplies
• Budget tracking
REQUIREMENTS
• Good knowledge on computer skill (MS Office & Presentation )
• Creative problem solving/prevention
• Ability to work independently and on team projects
• Computer proficiency required in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• An outgoing, engaging persona is required
• Schedule, plan, and organize all logistical details for in-house and off-site meetings
