JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Due to a period of exciting growth my client is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a Senior level Stakeholder. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
This is a flexible hybrid working position where you will be required to attend all meetings with the board member and then have the option to work from home outside of this
• Proven recent experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Experience working with Board Members or Senior Executives is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding Stakeholder Management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior knowledge of CRM systems would be advantageous.
• Availability to work out of hours and weekends as required.
• A driving license and car is essential
• A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure
