JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in facilitating effective communication and workflow within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
- Prepare and organize meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion
- Handle and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Assist in the preparation and organization of executive events, conferences, and special projects
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations and support

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite
- Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and act proactively to support the executives
- Discretion and trustworthiness to handle confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
