JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking for an Executive Assistant to the CFO for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our clients offers of broad range of commercial properties, including recreational, facilities; innovation and technology hubs, retail outlets; eclectic food and beverage offerings.
This role will be responsible for a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties on behalf of the Chief Financial Officer, a great deal of initiative is required and the responsibilities will extend into the coordination of key tasks, presentation preparation, checking and formulating approval requests concisely, to ensure timely approvals.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other degree
• Over 5 years of experience working in executive assistance activities in the UAE preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate-related companies is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in the English language is essential.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
• Strong application of initiative and
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must possess tact, and diplomacy and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to determine priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of performing bookkeeping tasks is preferred.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
