The role of Executive Assistant to the CEO in the professional services industry, based in Abu Dhabi, requires exceptional organisational and multitasking skills. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient management of the CEO's schedule

Description

* Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy.
* Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
* Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Assist in managing and prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
* Support in organising company events and executive-level activities.
* Maintain and update records, files, and databases as needed.

Requirements:
