JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
BWP are working with a multinational client based in Dubai who require an maternity cover for 9 months this will require commitment with the client offering tho sponsor on a visa.
Salary 16-19,000 AED
Duties:
- Diary Management for Senior Executives & Consultants
- Managing all & replying to all correspondence, screening calls & emails
- Managing appointments & schedules
- Dealing with all administration
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Arranging & coordinating internally & externally
- Liaising with other EA's and working as part of a team
- Typing letters, emails & memo's
- Formatting documents
- Providing support
REQUIREMENTS
- Western national requested
- Female
- Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role of (PA/EA or team secretary)
- Industry preferred is from professional services (i.e. Financial, management constancy, Legal)
- Candidate must be able to commit to the 9 months cover full time
- Fully IT literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Smart, friendly and a good all round team player
- Able to multitask
- Confident
