Roles & Responsibilities

• The business analyst to the CEO will be responsible for working on complex assignments, requiring a high degree of problem-solving ability. The candidate is required to provide high-level, confidential, and coherent services to the CEO.
• As a Business Analyst to the CEO, you will take an active interest in the company's success.

Job Description:

• As a highly-skilled, versatile resource, you will manage the content of information in the presentations, reports, and documentation and provide other executive support as required.
• With your personable, reliable, and professional demeanor, you will liaise between the CEO, corporate team, and other associates. You will anticipate the CEO's requirements and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the CEO in addressing issues.
• Research related to sectors, organizations, geographies, products, etc. as the requirement arises.
• Should be manage all the travel booking and meeting calendar and tracking the calendar
• Manage to track all the personal and financial credit cards and manage them
• Analyze and synthesize information in various forms about projects to develop reports and presentations to assist the CEO in decision making.
• Utilize your operational excellence in independently managing and executing a range of routine and complex administrative duties to support the CEO.
• Your ability to multi-task will be utilized in providing limited support to the other management team members.
• You will work proactively to ensure that all strategic projects are followed up and completed on time ensuring high-quality delivery. You will choreograph complex projects and ensure that all facets of discussions are smoothly executed.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with a proven track record in a similar position dealing with high-level executives and officials.
• Must hold a Business Administration Degree
• Excellent in MS OFFICE
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrates high levels of intelligence, a positive attitude, and patience.
• Logical and analytical in approach with a problem-solving attitude.
• Resilient in withstanding pressure and delivering efficiently.
• The candidate must be proactive, creative, adaptable, and a lifelong learner with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are not restricted to what has been assigned only but always looking to add value for process improvement and standardization.
• Advanced understanding of project management processes and governance frameworks.
• Ability to work well under pressure with a high level of motivation and tenacity.
• Ability to work long hours and adjust to changing schedules.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
• Ability to cope with the fluid nature of the role.
