JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Cover Office Reception (answer phone calls, greet guests, answer emails etc).
• Coordinate and control office supply with needful items
• Control timely payments, make records and reports
• Control the condition of office and coordinate work with cleaning and maintenance companies; building and office management etc.
• Make travel arrangements (hotel and air tickets, visas etc) for Management and employees
• Control petty cash, make petty cash reports
• Control employee’s attendance and make needful records and reports
• Assist with UAE visas and company licenses procedures
• Assist with company marketing procedures
• Organize corporate events
• Assist HR Department with HR procedures
• Assist the team with administrative requests
• Assist Managers with other requests (family visas, private bookings etc)
• Control work of office personnel (office driver etc)

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years'+ experience on similar position
• Bachelor's Degree
• Fluency in written and verbal English (Russian language is a plus)
• Experience with DMCC company is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, planning and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask, manage complex schedules and handle work independently
