JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity to join an UHNW female and her established all female team. With a proven track record of business in the UAE, she is a very well-known and respected individual.

They are fundamentally about people, offering strategic advisory and facilitation initiatives, programmes, and services to their international clients to improve company culture and employee engagement and retention. They support their clients as they develop, helping them to define their culture and values, aligning them with business strategy giving hem context, clarity, and direction.

As an organisation, they offer an enlightened and flexible approach and environment. Recognising that good people can be effective outside of the standard norms, they offer a hybrid (office/ WFH) split model.

The role is split between providing support to the CEO in all administrative aspects, including diary and inbox management, travel and overall operational office management. The CEO is pulled in many directions and the EA will be successful at taking the administrative load away from her.

You will support the organisational development of the business, supporting processes (HR, Finance etc). There will be some personal support also required by the CEO, managing family appointments, international family logistics and travel planning and adhoc project management.

Requirements:
We are seeking a smart and energetic individual with a passion for workplace culture, with grounded experience in a similar role in the Middle East / UAE. Ideally you will have start-up/scale up exposure as this can be a very different experience to a structured corporate.

Organised, efficient, with extremely strong attention to detail and highly technologically savvy (they are endeavouring to build more AI and tech enablement into their programme / client delivery), you will have a passion for the people, industry and be energetic to cope with the fast pace the business moves at.
