JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Agile and fast-paced, this digital marketing agency at the forefront of innovation, creativity, and cutting-edge technology is passionate about delivering top-tier marketing solutions to a diverse range of global clients. Our client is seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Executive Assistant and Office Manager for the first time, to support the CEO and ensure the smooth operations of their paperless office.
Managing the CEO’s complex schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, you will act as a strong gatekeeper and manage the flow of communication on behalf of the CEO. The role will also include recording minutes for key meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on action items with high levels of confidentiality. There will also be the opportunity to liaise with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, ensuring excellent communication and relationship management.
The office management duties will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient working environment and managing office supplies, facilities and vendor relationships. You will also assist in the development and maintenance of business continuity to ensure uninterrupted operations. The EA and Office Manager will also maintain and organize digital records, and support the CEO in budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
Strong tech skills with experience in digital tools and software are essential in this role. Familiarity with a paperless office environment is also essential as is the ability to keep up with the fast pace. Ideally degree educated you will bring exceptional organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a basic understanding of financial principles and experience with budgeting, reporting, and expense management are all highly advantageous. It is expected that you will have 2-4 years’ experience in a similar busy role where you are relied upon to ensure smooth operations and manage multiple competing deadlines.ABOUT THE COMPANY
