Executive Assistant, C-level, Mon to Fri

NOTE:
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

Swisslinx Middle East is looking for an experienced senior Executive Assistant - due to the nature of this role, we are looking for someone to work Mondays to Friday, from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. In this role, you will be assisting the Chairman.

- Our client is a stable and reputable financial firm, with various different successful branches internationally.
- Our client has offices in the Middle East, Asia and Europe, and this role is to be permanently based in Dubai.
- In this challenging role, you will be assisting the Chairman in the day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- Strong experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to top management (C level)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong typing skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

This is a senior role with a lot of responsibility - the right candidate will be polished, well-spoken, and have a strong administrative background.
