JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized Female Arabic - Speaking Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel.
• Translate documents in Arabic and English.
• Handle confidential information discreetly.
• Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
