JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our Client, a leading company in the UAE, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their HR team in Dubai.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Highly organized with knowledge of operating procedures and policies of the Human Resources Dept.
• Taking proactive ownership and responsibility of tasks, with focus on accuracy and attention to detail in all responsibilities.
• Demonstrating a high standard of ethical behavior at all times.
• Safeguarding and protecting the confidentiality of sensitive HR data at all times.
• Being a team player, who develops strong relationships with working teams,
• Ability to work cross-functionally within HR and can effectively interact with other departments.
• Professional and courteous demeanor that represents a positive image of the HR Department.
• Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of other Applications an advantage

• Qualifications - Bachelor's degree level.
• 5+ years of HR and/or Administration experience
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferably Oracle.
