JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a well-known financial services company who is looking to hire a Japanese speaking Executive Assistant (temporary - may be extended) to support the CEO.

Your main responsibilities will be to manage the CEO's expense settlements for the Senior Executive Officer as well as communicate with the branches back office in London. You will arrange appointments, business trips as well as accommodation, restaurant and car booking when needed. You will be responsible for planning seminars, receptions and parties from venue booking to all staff and guest preparation as well as welcoming guests and visitors making sure the event runs smoothly. You will also monitor and track expenses making sure they are within the CEO's budget.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as an Executive Assistant within a professional environment. It is essential you are a native Japanese speaker and fluent in written and spoken English. You should be able to anticipate the needs of the Executive and take initiative to solve problems independently. In addition, you should be highly organised and analytical, with excellent communication skills in order to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
