JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the full C-Suite Executive team, of a professional, global organisation. The company continues to develop it’s footprint across the Middle East and Africa, evolving to the market’s demands and providing innovative solutions.
This will be a demanding and pressured role, providing high level administrative support to the main C-Suite Heads; involving extensive diary and travel management, preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations and external liaison with customers. Additionally, you will work closely with other international offices, regarding meetings and conferences; there will need to be long range visibility in the dairies for all concerned and full logistical support offered.
REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking an individual who has demonstrated experience, supporting a C-Suite Leadership team, not just a CEO. Ideally, the successful applicant will have more than five years of support experience and strong regional exposure. Super organizational skills are a must, as is the ability to work independently, offer solutions and take decisions. Fluent English skills are a must for the role, however fluency in Arabic and or French would be seen as advantageous.
