JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Executive Assistant / Office Admin up to 8k Aed for a Building Materials Company in Abu Dhabi
• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel
• Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
• Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Take minutes during meetings
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Executive Assistant / Office Admin
• SALARY: up to 8,000 AED depending on qualifications and experience
• HIRING COMPANY: Building Materials Company
• WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available candidates will be prioritized (1 month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent / Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree or any related field
• At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably from the Oil and Gas, steel, building materials or fabrication industry
• Knowledge in office management systems and procedures
• Knowledge in using MS Office suites
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
