Employment: Full Time

A positive attitude and the ability to work with autonomy is required in this SME organisation with a young and fast-moving environment in the DIFC. Providing specialist financial services to a niche sector, you will be part of a hardworking and collaborative team and expected to stay one step ahead at all times.

Maintaining a high attention to detail this role will support the CEO who travels frequently on a global scale. It is expected that you will organise these business strips with precise detail from timely car pick-ups, client dinners and hotel bookings to ensuring the CEO maximizes his time effectively with telephone and zoom calls. Supporting him with all administration and internal communications you will look to enhance current procedures to ensure processes are efficient and seamless. Utilisng outlook, PowerPoint and excel you will have strong MS office skills and a right first-time approach to all that you do.

Additionally, the position will also maintain business continuity for the office including renewal of licenses, management of supplies and liaising with the facilities teams to ensure all equipment is well maintain and housekeeping standards remain high. Although the office does not have large volumes of visitors in attendance, the Executive Assistant will ensure that all are greeted in a professional manner and any internal meetings are fully prepared with the required documents, catering and IT needs.


To be successful in this role you must have excellent English language skills to native standard and be extremely well presented at all times. You should possess at least 1-2 years of experienced in an Executive Assistant and/ or Office Coordinator position that allowed you to take accountability for your own workload and implement smarter ways of working to maximum effect.
