JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Extensive experience as EA/PA to Executive Leadership
• Experience working in a high demand environment
• Highly organized, can build process and structure for greater visibility and access to information.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Intense diary and complex calendar management skills
• Confident personality, can work pro-actively rather than be instructed and build relationships quickly
• Super professional, Trustworthy in confidentiality and communications
REQUIREMENTS
• Arabic speaking
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field
• Holding Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Advanced with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced with MS Outlook/calendar/inbox and task management
• Strong business correspondence skill
