PA / EA Administrative Assistant Required - Dubai

A prestigious multinational company is on the search for a highly organized, dynamic, and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to our senior executives, facilitating the smooth operation of our global business activities. We are looking for a candidate who embodies efficiency, discretion, and flexibility to manage a variety of tasks and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Manage and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly calendars of senior executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis as required.
- Handle multiple projects and priorities with exceptional organizational skills.

AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

- With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, they anticipate the needs of the executive and address issues before they arise, making them an indispensable part of the executive team.


- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
