JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a financial services company, is seeking an EA for the CEO.
- Diary management
- Manage all business travel arrangements
- Manage client meetings / room bookings as required
- Manage preparation, submission and tracking of expenses
- Assist with other office related matters as required
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years EA experience, preferably working with C-suite
- Microsoft office application knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
