JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and contribute to the smooth functioning of the executive office in a fast-paced and dynamic technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar and schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses to emails and calls
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the CEO's review and presentation
- Assist in preparing for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and team members to ensure smooth coordination and communication within the organization
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced Tech environment- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the CEO and the executive office
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to work US hours occasionally to take minutes.
Salary:
AED
16,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
