JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Purpose of Position
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives.
- Ensure Presidential care & treatment to CEO at all places.
- Offer support for all business managed by the CEO and on personal appointments
- Keep the communications organized so that the CEO can easily access the most important information without having to sort through low-priority items
- Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, writing itineraries and managing the CEO’s travel plans.
- Organize all meeting with care and keen attention to details
- Act a point of contact between the CEO and all other stake holders, executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
Requirements:
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational & management skills and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving and decision making
- Proactivity and self-direction
- Interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Administration)
- Executive Assistant Certification preferred.
- 5+ Years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Outlook.
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Professional discretion and confidentiality
- Keen attention to details
- Strong Follow up & Reporting Skills.
