JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director for one of our well know client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and possess excellent communication and time management skills. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, handling correspondence, and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the director's office.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar and schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications
- Coordinate and manage various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and staff
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences
- Conduct research and compile data to support the Director in decision-making and strategic planning
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate or executive environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software, with the ability to produce high-quality documents and presentations
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
