JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
*NOTE: This is a part-time role.
Swisslinx Executive Search is looking for an experienced part-time Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of an international Investment Bank in the DIFC.
Our client is a stable and reputable international investment bank, with offices worldwide. This role is to be permanently based in Dubai, in the DIFC.
In this challenging role, you will be assisting the Managing Director, Investment Banking with all administrative tasks. You will be managing a complex schedule and expected to work at the highest level.
In addition, the right candidate will have extensive experience in bookings, including all flight and accommodation. Your role will also include corporate office management: looking after inventory and stationary, assisting reception staff, general office administration, as well as liaising with all departments.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to top management
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Impeccable organization skills and ability to maintain records
• Based in UAE
