Job Description:
• Responsible for all kitchen operations, including preparing dishes, hiring, and managing kitchen staff, and inventory management
• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Monitor inventory and purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors
REQUIREMENTS
Position Title: Executive Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Qualifications:
• Open to European nationality
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 5 years’ experience in the same role and industry
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
