Position Title: Executive Chef

Salary: up to 25K AED depending on the experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A new Hospitality Group expanding multiple concepts operation within Dubai
• Develop and maintain a culinary vision and strategy for each restaurant concept within the group, ensuring consistency, innovation, and alignment with the brand identity.
• Create menus for each restaurant concept, considering factors such as seasonality, ingredient availability, and target audience preferences to establish standardized recipes, portion sizes, and food preparation techniques across all restaurants to ensure consistent quality and taste.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers and chefs to incorporate local flavors or adapt menus to specific locations, while maintaining the group's overall culinary direction.
• Uphold the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation across all restaurants.
• Oversee the procurement of ingredients, ensuring their freshness, quality, and adherence to food safety standards. Conduct regular inspections and taste tests to maintain consistency and address any issues promptly.
• Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to develop their culinary skills.
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male, 45 years old
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on the same role
• Must have sample works/portfolio
