JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Executive Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Al Rawdah, Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A well-known restaurant group in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Design and develop menus
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently
• Manage food costs, including inventory control, purchasing, and waste reduction
• Ensure that all food served meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
• Supervise kitchen staff and provide training and development opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience as Executive Chef or Sous Chef
• Experience in hospital or healthcare catering setup is an advantage
• Knowledge in Financial-Food Cost, HACCP, Continental & Arabic cuisine
• Immediate joiners are preferable
