- SALARY: up to 5,400 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus single accommodation

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plans the activities of and schedules all food production and food service sanitation employees to maximize productivity while minimizing labor costs to achieve and improve upon budgetary guidelines
- Hires, disciplines, and when necessary, recommends termination of food production and food service sanitation employees according to venue guidelines and policies
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
REQUIREMENTS
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to any nationality
- Female/Male, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts
- At least 3 years of experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef or Sous Chef with background in catering services
- Able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily
- Able to create menus that are innovative and profitable
- Excellent leadership and management
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have effective culinary portfolio
