JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Summary:
• We are seeking a highly accomplished Executive Director Director to lead our real estate sales, marketing, CRM division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE real estate market, with a proven ability in leading sales, marketing, CRM, and operational functions in real estate development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team handling luxury and high-value real estate portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, institutional investors, and key stakeholders in the UAE market.
• Oversee marketing and branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales effectiveness.
• Leverage market insights, competitor analysis, and customer data to drive business growth.
• Ensure seamless customer relationship management (CRM) and a personalized client experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align sales initiatives with the company’s overall business goals.
• Drive innovation in sales and marketing strategies by leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:• Minimum 20 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, and CRM in the UAE.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and managing high-value sales portfolios.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive sales performance.
• Deep knowledge of UAE real estate market trends, investment strategies, and client expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration.
