JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Executive up to 24k Aed+ for Government Entity in UAE
• Formulate and recommend for adaptation of globally accepted maritime regulations, standards and best practices from international maritime bodies, applicable conventions and other statutes
• Provide technical support advice to the Maritime Operations, and administration on existing and future revenue-generating ventures
• Implement, monitor and enhance operational work and financial plans that includes identification of Key Program Indicators (KPIs), Key Result Areas (KRAs), policies, procedures, goals and objectives
REQUIREMENTS

• SALARY: up to 24,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus medical insurance and air ticket for self and family
• HIRING COMPANY: Government entity

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Emirati/UAE national
• Male, 40 years old and below
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Holder of Master Marine STCW II/2 or Chief Mate STCW II/2 or 2nd Mate with STCW II/1
• With certification in International Maritime Operations with maritime related licenses and certificates
• At least 2 years of experience in the maritime industry
• With focus on maritime rules and regulations, registration and licensing processes, maritime education and examining, seafarers certifications and licensing; and/or policy development and IR implementations
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Excellent team player, customer-focused and adept to customer service excellence
