JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.
• Liaise with various vendors involved in executing kiosk, activations and events, locally and internationally.
• Handling logistics during event set ups.
• Manage on-site branding and assist with creating effective communication through DHRE and partner channels.
• Assist in developing event feedback surveys.
• Obtain required permits from internal stakeholders, venues, and government entities.
• Formulate post-event reports to report back to management.
• Propose local and international events to participate in to maximize exposure and drive sales.
• Create and manage the HRE events calendar.
• Propose locations for kiosks and activations both locally and internationally.
• Assist in production of marketing materials utilized online and for sales launches / events.
• Assist in processing payments and invoices through internal marketing resource, procurement and finance.
• Assist in identifying and proposing sponsorship deals.
• Create content for marketing materials utilized for sales launches, activations and international events.
• Assist with development of creative concepts for major marketing campaigns internally and through partner agencies.
• Liaise with the DHRE development, business development, sales operations and sales teams to ensure smooth communication during formulation of real estate projects.
Key Performance Indicators
• Operational: Managing and liaising with other team members, other departments, and third-party suppliers and agencies.
• Financial: Achieve set ROIs based on KPIs agreed with head of department in terms of real estate project budgets provided.
• Innovation: Provide recommendations on latest & best trends to enhance brand equity locally and internationally, whether through events or marketing campaigns.
• People: Manage expectations while leading on educating the organization on best practices with business objectives in mind.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and practical experience in event management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, whether written or verbal.
• Creative mindset to propose ideas that will enhance brand presence and equity.
• Ability to problem solve in high pressure situations.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and think independently.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to liaise with multiple vendors and stakeholders in an organized and efficient manner.
• Intermediate knowledge of finance and procurement policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills to enhance business objectives.
• Intermediate knowledge of digital marketing and optimization.
• Intermediate knowledge of technology and equipment that adds value to the business.
• Superior abilities in project management.
• Good time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
