Position Title: Executive Office Administrator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Maintaining log of contracts and expiry dates and notifying relevant colleagues and/or partners of expiry dates in advance.
• Meet and greet guests and clients in a professional manner, ensuring that the client host or personnel they are meeting are informed promptly of their arrival.
• Administration duties as requested by DG management including filing, binding, scanning, photocopying, shredding, and ensuring requested tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager(s) including holiday cover of Exec Office Executive Assistant role.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Open for a Filipino nationality
• Female, 38 years old below
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role
