JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the right hand to our leaders, managing their schedules, communications, and daily tasks to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications, such as emails, calls, and requests.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Assist in personal errands and tasks to facilitate the executive's daily activities.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively offer solutions to potential challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably within the service industry.- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities with calm and efficiency.
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
